In my brief speech I would like to draw your attention about the activities of the sub commission Transversal programs putting accent on the partners of our Commission.The contents of the balance of this two years are

1. ……37…… programs for youth

2. ……24……programs for women

3. ……140……programs organized with the UNESCO Clubs or other NGOs

Knowing the fact the UNESCO is not a founding agency, the sub commission has tried to find herself dialogue partners and financing partners in Ministries, International organizations or in develop concerns with high economic potential.

By the end of this year, we will organize a big show in the honor of all our partners under the name’ Thank you’.Like a new project of the programs for youth and women, I would like to mention our effort that with the Ministry of Resort to give birth to Centers of youth in the villages where the young people may learn trades necessary to their habitat.The program of participation ‘Women in need’ is another example, which has been accepted with interest by the National Commissions where we demanded their sustain.This year I haven’t forgot about the Roma minority. A pilot project is having place in the South of the country, in the village Corbu, where we prepare the building of a Health Center in collaboration with the Zepter concernMy last remark is the one concerning the existing relations between the Romanian National Commission and the Secretary of the European Federation of the UNESCO Clubs.With the General Secretary, Alexandru Mironov I have traveled around the world with the help of the Internet or participating to the most important internationals encounters. We were present in hundreds of interviews or articles that have brought a great popularity for the UNESCO Clubs from Romania or from Europe.Such as a general secretary EFUCA, is my pleasure to affirm the fact that Romania will take action, in the future, to the extending of the Clubs movement in the neighbor countries from Balkans but also in countries such as Canada and United States.The triangular collaboration: National Commission –N.G.O-Secretary will function under the aegis of the hope that UNESCO is an idea in going.
